This dress is made with gorgeous soft black velvet and trimmed with purple accents. Beautiful violet glitter tulle embellishes the waist, neckline, sleeves, and the ruffle on the bottom. This dress includes a hoop for fullness and the black velvet skirt drapes over the hoop. There is a black glitter spider on the waist at the hip, and also a black glitter spider dangles from the crook of the hat!
