Return/Shipping Policy

RETURNS

Online orders may be returned within 14 days of delivery for exchange or store credit only. To be eligible, your return must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns mailed after the 14-day window will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage so we can make it right. Damaged or defective items are eligible for a refund, replacement, or exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you would like us to provide a prepaid return label, the cost of the label will be deducted from your exchange or store credit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed. If you no longer want your order after it has shipped, eligible items may be returned in accordance with this policy.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders will ship within 1-3 business days. 

IN-STORE PICK UP

All local pick up orders will be available for pick up same-day including weekends and holidays.

An email notification will be sent to let you know your items is ready for pick-up.
