The Pickle House Dill Pickle Sauce

What began as one culinary student at a single Farmers Market booth selling his handmade pickles quickly grew into full scale pickle production in a shared kitchen space in South Austin. After producing and selling premium wholesale pickles throughout Texas to retailers and restaurants for several years, The Pickle House was born.

Original Dill Pickle Sauce is made by combining fresh chopped dill and garlic with The Pickle House's national award winning pickle brine and secret spice blend. It's great on fresh vegetable and pasta salads and deviled eggs. Give it a try as a tasty marinade for chicken or pork, drizzle over your favorite cold cut sandwich, or use it as a dipping sauce for just about anything.

The Pickle Hot Sauce is made in the same way, but with a kick of heat.  It's great on anything from bbq, fried chicken, eggs, cold cut sandwiches, and grilled veggies.
