Return/Shipping Policy

RETURNS

If there is an issue with your order, let us know and we'll do our best to make it right!

Otherwise, we accept returns for store credit or exchange less shipping charges. Items must be in the same condition we sent them to you - tags still attached, undamaged and unworn within 14 days of purchase. 

To request a return, please email hello@shopstayforever.com. 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

All sale items are final.

 

SHIPPING

Shipping is a flat $5 for domestic orders.

International shipping costs vary by location. 

 

All orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. An email confirmation with tracking will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please include any special instructions within the note field of your order.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or items deemed undeliverable. Redelivery will be at the sole expense of the buyer.

Please double check your address before submitting. Adjustments can be sent to hello@shopstayforever.com provided you have not yet received a shipping confirmation. Please include your order number.

Free local pickup is available at our Ridgewood store with coupon code 'PICKUP'.  Items will be packed and ready as soon as possible and can be picked up during regular store hours.

Stay Forever reserves the right to cancel any order due to merchandise availability.
